We provide 100% Lead Free uPVC fittings that are safe for potable drinking water having sizes ranging from 20 mm to to 110 mm diameter for our uPVC pipes so that a hassle free total plumbing solution can be provided to the customers. We manufacture uPVC fittings as per IS 7834; standards and specifications put forward by The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). We are the manufacturer in Kerala who have maximum range of uPVC fittings with ISI marking. Deviating from the traditional practice of producing fittings from dry blended PVC compound, our facility has a pelletizing machinery to produce PVC pellets. Twin Screw Extruder is used to hot melt the dry blended compound to make pellets using face cutter. The pellets, thus produced, will be a homogeneous mix of the intended additives used in compound formulation. This Pellet Booster Technology (PBT) imparts enhanced strength and finish to the fittings. We are the sole manufacturer in Kerala who produces uPVC Fittings using pellets instead of compound powder.
