SHAKTHIMAN SUPER uPVC Pipes were introduced to the market in 1974 by Nediyara Chemicals, the first venture of the Nediyara Group. This was a pioneering attempt in Southern India in the production of uPVC pipes as a durable and cost effective alternative to the conventional Galvanized Iron pipes for water conveyance.
Owing to the increasing demand for SHAKTHIMAN SUPER, thanks to its market acceptance as a superior quality product, Chloroplast was commissioned to augment the production capacity in 1986. The USP of the brand SHAKTHIMAN SUPER is that it is available only with ISI marking, the stamp of quality assurance envisaged by the Bureau of Indian Standards. Shakthiman Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2015 with state of the art manufacturing facility with Twin Screw Extruders and High Speed Heater Cooler Mixers with Automatic Material Handling System. SHAKTHIMAN SUPER has now strengthened its’ portfolio by introducing CPVC pipes and fittings adhering to BIS specifications, considering the growing demand for the same in hot water conveyance. Now SHAKTHIMAN SUPER has come up with a modern factory for manufacturing uPVC Fittings adhering to BIS standards for providing leak proof connections between pipes. With this, we provide complete end to end plumbing solution to the customers. Thus SHAKTHIMAN SUPER, one of the oldest and the trusted brands of uPVC pipes in Kerala, has always been a clear forerunner in maintaining product quality and hence has no competitors but only followers.

Mr. N. Satheesh is a graduate in Polymer Science & Rubber Technology and has more than 30 years of industry experience in the field of plastic processing. He is the Managing Director of Shakthiman Extrusions Pvt Ltd. He’s also the Managing Director of ‘Lyka Packaging Pvt. Ltd.’ which is one of the leading manufacturing units in India for innovative and sustainable plastic packaging solutions for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics under the brand name ‘LYKAPACK’.

Mr. Girish N. S. is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and post-graduate in MBA in Operations. He has more than 12 years of experience in the field of uPVC pipe extrusion and injection moulded fittings and looks after the administration, production planning & scheduling activities of the factory.

Mr. Saji T. P. has more than 30 years of industry experience in the field of plastic. He’s also the CEO and Head of Marketing of ‘Carris Pipes & Tubes’ and Managing Director of ‘Aqua Tech Polymers Private Limited’ which is the leading manufacturer of plastic water storage tanks, cold boxes, defense drop boxes, garbage bins and a host of custom molded artifacts under the brand name ‘AQUATECH’

Mr. Suresh N. was a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and had more than 40 years of vast industry experience. His technical background has helped the units to establish themselves as the synonym for quality in their respective fields. Because of his contributions to this field and strict adherence to quality, he was a Principal Member of Plastic Piping Systems Sectional Committee, CED 50 of the Bureau of Indian Standards, New Delhi. During his professional career, he had served as a member of Regional Advisory Committee, Centre for Plastics Engineering & Technology, Kalamassery and also a member of the Regional Advisory Committee, Central Tax and Central Excise, Kochi.
